Rovers is the final part of the Scout youth programme catering specifically for young adults between 18 and 30 years of age. Rovers is all about adventure, excitement, challenge, achievement and leadership! No previous Scouting experience is required.

Rovers function in Crews. A Crew is a small group of around 6 – 20 Rovers who engage in a self-managed weekly/monthly programme.

"Rovers" is a term used to refer to a unit or group within a scouting organization that is designed for young adults and older individuals, typically ranging from around 18 to 25 years old. Rovers are often the final stage of scouting, following the younger unit.

The Rover Crew is designed to provide older scouts with opportunities for

personal growth, leadership development, community service, and adventure.

The term "Rovers” is widely recognized and used by many scouting organizations around the world. Generally, the Rovers Crew includes the following features:

Age Group:

Rovers typicallyinclude young adults and individuals in the age range of approximately 18 to 30 years old, although the upper age limit can vary.

Program Focus:

The Rover sectionfocuses on providing opportunities for personal development, leadership, and community service. Rovers are often encouraged to take on more responsibility and autonomy in planning and organizing their activities.

Activities:

Rovers engage in awide range of activities, including outdoor adventures, service projects, skill development, social activities, and cultural exchanges. The program encourages self-discovery, learning, and giving back to the community.

Service and Leadership:

Roversoften engage in significant community service projects and leadership initiatives. They might also mentor younger scouts and contribute to the overall growth of the scouting movement.

Fellowship:
